The sole owner of the copyright is CAMElias Photography & Digital Art. I, the creator of your photographic images, under the protection of the Federal Copyright Law, own all rights to the reproduction of all imagery resulting from the photographic services rendered. It is ILLEGAL for anyone to copy or reproduce any image created by this photographic establishment without the written permission of this photography establishment. This includes photography, videography, scanning, and any other type of digital imagery or computer copying, printing, manipulation or any other type of reproductive method. Any violator may be held liable for copyright infringement.

Years of experience, creativity, and professionalism have made your images and resulting photographic products what they are. My living is made by providing quality photographs, products, and services. My right to earn that living is violated when my work is reproduced by any other source. Also, by copying the photography utilizing any of the above mentioned methods of manipulation or reproduction the quality of the image is sacrificed and can be greatly diminished, thus reflecting negatively on my reputation as a professional photographer.
